Am I the only one who saw this????
Super Bowl 44:
During the onside kick that started the second half, did NOBODY but me see the Colts' #43 Aaron Fransisco deliberately, blatently, and plain as freakin' day not eye gauge someone from NO over and over????
You can see him with his hand/fingers pointed directly at the guys facemask and did it repeatedly. We rewound it several times after I thought I saw it the first time live and sure enough - if you can't tell he's eye gouging, you ain't lookin...which is obviously what the ref standing right in front of him was doing.
No penalty, no fine, nobody talking about it anywhere! WTF???

True for sure - but this was not on the pile, but beside it - and in the wide open. I'm just surprised that the NFL hasn't said something and fined him for it. Hell, they'll give somebody a penalty and fine for TRYING to hit a quarterback, but nothing for this?

:54 or :55...#43 on Colts is doing it to #28 on Saints. Plain as day. He even "double clutches" to do it one time.

I know the porter pick was a huge play but IMO that play was the biggest play of the whole game. What size do your balls have to be to take the gamble of giving manning a short field to start the half when you're already down? IMO that play was bigger than the pick 6. It changed the entire momentum going into the second half.

I really don't care, I'm just making a point that I believe is truly obvious. On HD it clearly appears that his hand is open, not closed-fisted. and he's going right at the open part of the facemask. Since punching is o.k. in the NFL, I guess I'll just let it go...
