    I have been trying to get out my u-joints all frikin day... stock ones around 150xxx... I beat, torched and pressed and finally they gave way... and the new ones were just as big as an ass to get back in...and I polished the piss outta the driveshaft... mirror finish...

    I have done em' that way for a long time! But until recently, I purchased a ball joint press. Took me 5 minutes and I was done!

    i had the same problem with mine, i had to torch it, untill that plastic crap that gm injects in there shot out like puss out of a pimple, then did the socket and hammer did the trick

    Well I tend to do it on a daily basis anyway..mothers aluminum compound was used today tho.. I work on a bunch of friends vehicles.. plus my familys... plus I have a shop... so ... i think.. damn awesome investment
