Alice Cooper
i tell ya what...the dude may be turning 60 coming up in february...but he rocks hard.
he played at our county fair tonite and he was badass. well...the seats sucked...we were in the high seats in an enclosed amphatheatre and the sound couldnt' get out through the back of the place so it reverberated like crazy and my ears are still ringing...but that's besides the point.
the point is is that i saw alice cooper in concert having only ever heard "schools out" and it was a lot of fun.
anyone else get a chance to see the original shock rocker live in concert?

I have (hold on!) a soundless, 8mm movie of (parts of) a concert I went to during the "Welcome to my Nightmare" album release tour, I think about 1976. I was 13. My older brother filmed it, I was in the back high seats. I kinda gave up on Alice in the late 80s, only to rediscover him about 7 years ago. He has some really good albums (CDs?) lately, he sings about some great things, makes you think. I love it when people have intelligent lyrics and rock hard. And the movie I have shows Alice on stage with dancing girls, one of whom he married in 1977 or so and is still married too. IDK if it is the same girl still on stage.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I saw Alice Cooper waaaaay back in his prime in 73. He's kinda like Ted Nugent and fine wines that get better with age.

I saw him in Cali back in the day. Don't remember the place or time but as with most concerts I go to I get short changed on my memory.
