98 WS6 brakes are very stiff........

I just had new rotors and bads installed, the has kinds been a issue since i got the car. You have to apply more pressure than usual to hold the car at a stop and to slow down. Any ideas???????Brake Booster ????????

pedal go down any further than normal? Does kinda sound like a booster or vacuum issue. What did the old rotors look like when they came off?

First solution is always to rebleed the entire system. You can get air in the master cylinder as well as at the calipers. If a full rebleed doesn't solve the problem then I would have a competent shop check the pressure after the master cylinder, and after the ABS pump. Master, booster, or abs pump can cause you problems. You'll just have to isolate where the pressure either is not at the correct spec or is leaking down instead of holding. Much better to pay for proper testing than to start throwing new parts at it hoping that you'll get lucky.

I'd check the vacuum hose 1st for cracks or if even connected then bleed the brakes.

    Sadly now demodded :(

If none of the above works then try checking the wheel sensors. One of mine on the rear axle went bad (grease fouled or some such) on the 02 and it felt like a stiff pedal...
