    3 bed, 1 bath. Total of 8 rooms. 1 floor ranch. with .25 acers.

    Its in Monroe, NY in Orange County.

    Total Price $180,000 My closing alone cost me $14,000.



    At least now I own a peice of AMERICA.

    10918, I was in Chester just up 17m from Monroe. I hope you like Hasidics, Monroe is crawling with them! You'll be close to Bear Mountain though, they have kick ass car shows every wednesday in the summer months. Monroe is full of rice though.

    Congrats. Hopefully you have a garage to do your car work. It sucked trying to work on my car at the apartment. Now I use one side of my garage for my car and the other for all my car stuff. My wife has to park on the driveway. LOL.

    Yea I officially bought my first house 9/1/06 at 12:00 noon!!! Man it is nice being a homeowner! Cool thing is I still haven't had to mow yet!!!! And yes, Home Depot & Lowe's rule!!!!!!!
