I will never forget that day and what I was doing when it happend. Here is a pic of my truck I took this morning. I do this every 9-11. Its great because it makes people remember. I get honked at, people yell hell yea or I remember. People salute me. I remember last year a lady pulled up next to me and said hey the flags look nice but why do you have them on your truck? I was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?!!?!?!?!!? She said no. Then I informed her it was 9-11 and I was doing it to show my pride for this country and to show I have not forgoten. She was like OMG I totaly forgot about that!!!!!!!!
HOW COULD YOU FORGET ABOUT THAT?? Then the light turned green. So sad!!!!!

just an FYI your American flag should be on the other side if you wanted to be 100% correct, not tryin to be a dick just saying
the American flag gets the place of respect (right side) from the point of view of the flag, ie moving forward looking forward = right side of truck

OK thank you I will correct it. I thought because I made the CA. flag shorter it was ok because the flag is going to be seen from all sides?

I was sleeping in my room in the Barracks when my roomate came screaming in that we were under attack (IE America) we had a Unit/Battalion meeting and went on base lock down. After 6 days of lock down we deployed to the Pentagon in 12 hrs. As fast as a lot of SF/Ranger units. I was there for 9 months and with the deployment money.....bought my Maro
