cliff notes:
Rural dude is plinking on his two acres in unincorporated San Luis Obispo county and somebody calls 911 for shots fired. Deputies are dispatched and almost shoot him before arresting him. They climb his gate, enter his home, open his gun cabinet and steal numerous guns. Some is recorded on patrol car dash cam video and all is recorded on audio. Deputies conspire to invent cause for entering the house and seizing the property. Dude is charged with four laughable felonies: resisting arrest, negligent discharge of a firearm, brandishing a firearm at a police officer, and possession of a machine gun. Two are dropped and dude pleads to a misdemeanor because he has a public defender who can't get him off with this video and audio.

your thoughts?

I appreciate your concern, but I stand by what I said. If calling cops pigs is grounds for banishment, but calling black people niggers is not, well then it's kind of a lop-sided argument. I thought this was an open forum?

After watching the first video, about to watch the second. I have done just that on our old 5 acre orange grove, that was next to a middle school (church/private school not far either). With rifles that the average plublic does not think is leagal. Giving this was out in lake county and no gives two shits... Never once had a problem. When we lost that house with the orange grove, we moved next to that church/private school in a faily decent size house but no land (1 acre) and we still would shoot the guns in the side yard (was bigger then the back and privatcy fenced all the way around). At both houses, never had a problem and no one around even cared.

Edit: We had a dug out with limited shooting area and large reenforced wall we built. Unless you shot really far left or right or in the air. The bullet would not stray anywhere...

Welp...if the LEOs conspired to fabricate a charge, then the chain of command can be held accountable if they knew what was going on. And the Attorney General needs to get involved as well as anything proven false in that arrest can cause a media

. I'm sure the Governator will have something to say about this...if he hasn't already.
