Just letting everyone know...

the new mustang will be revealed in about 6 days and 4 hours...

and it possibly could be uglier than the last generation Ford made...

why couldn't they have just improved off the 04 model?
on that same note...why did chevy not improve off the 02 model....

anyway...i think this whole retro car thing was a waste.........except for the Thunderbird, very good job on styling.

the 05 and up is a completely new platform. The old fox based platform went from 79-04.

well, i guess i liked the idea that the mustang was more...petite? haha. now it's a cow...along with the other 2 muscle retro's.

with the Thunderbird, i think a better drivetrain would have helped...did it have a V8? i don't think it did.... but yeah. Sadly, i think the 4 door charger is ugly, but i know many who like it (and there must be great sales)....but i have seen custom two door chargers, those look awesome.

Last version of the thunderturd had a 3.9 liter jaguar v8. Very smooth and strong enough for the sissymobile that car was. No headroom in that car and i'm only 5'8, nice ride, but that car was for women and homos

i didn't say i'd own one...haha, just said it had nice styling. never riden in one. but i thought ford did a great job giving it the retro feel.

I hope its lighter and has more power though, thats for sure. Its gonna get wailed by the new camaro powerwise unless they give it 100horses worth of steroids.

I hope its lighter and has more power though, thats for sure. Its gonna get wailed by the new camaro powerwise unless they give it 100horses worth of steroids.

any idea about keeping the solid axel? Ford could sell their V6 with 250 hp...and their GT with 350 and still weigh the same....and probably would only lose <5% of sales.
