2010 camaro in my shop with problems already

we got our first camaro for our dealership in decatur friday. it was one of em that shut down 635 to get from the AA center to sundance square(for all you dfw guys) and now it is in service cuz the blower motor quit working

its an A6 ss, inferno orange pretty loaded out. stickered at right around 33-34k

i bet the first year cars will be loaded with electrical BS, HVAC issues, radio problems, faulty clusters etc etc etc.... the traverse is the same way - lots of stupid annoying little problems. We all know the camaro drivetrain is proven but its all the new toys inside that seem to have issues on a first year car

the build quality of these american cars will probably be pretty shitty, i'd assume most of these people dont care, and think they are gonna lose their jobs.

I've been told never to buy a 1st production year car. let em work out the kinks. the mustangs were the same way with minor stuff at first, i think they also had a faulty head problem on the 1st S197's.

If you are gonna buy this new camaro and GM/Chevy lasts, wait till the maybe the 2nd yr of production or so and the UAW is gone. I can't help but think that these guys are inclined to just throw shit together and not care.
