2.5 Years in prison........

I can't believe they sentenced that dude who taped Erin Andrews for 2.5 yrs in prison. Are u serious!? We give less time to drug dealers, molesters and people convicted of assault. Erin Andrews should be giving the guy a blow job for all the publicity and all that comes along with it. What a joke. That guy deserves a medal.

I’m glad that I’ve been posting/reading posts on this site long enough to know you guys are kidding. A lot of members would be calling anything less than execution lenient if this had happened to their mother, sister, wife, etc.

My thoughts exactly!

Not to mention, this guy has been doing this shit to a lot of women. She's not the only one victimized by this as-shat.

But, I am a firm believer that all sexual predators need much longer sentences. Especially those that harm children. They need to be put away for life.

Did you see the recent story about the 17 year old girl who was raped and murdered while jogging at a park?

Not only is there another teenage girl missing who is the same height, weight, and race who went missing just seven miles away from this girl, but the guy they arrested due to DNA evidence on the victims body already served (only) 5 years for molesting a 13 year old

Every aspect of this story has made me rage

Ok, by comparison to other worse crimes commited, he got fucked. Did he deserve punishment, yes. Its only because of the 'high profile' of the case is why he got what he did.

It also brought to light all the other crap this guy was up to. No one knew who she was before this. Well, a small amount of people did. Not exactly high profile.

She's the one that got screwed if you ask me. Being stalked is a horrible feeling. You don't feel safe anywhere anymore at anytime.

I am hoping that cases like this one along with the other repeat offenders that are being let out early and committing more crimes, will be prosecuted much more harshly.

Judges need to be put on notice. Convict these bastards. All of them.

yup, its all about the "high profile" aspects. Staking happens to many "low profile" people, and im sure there's been cases where insufficient punishment was given then the stalker killed or kept stalking the person...

Ah, I didn't make the connection, I just see it on the nat'l news networks, either Nancy Grace or that other loud woman talk about it a lot.

Hopefully the news generated by this will stiffen the punishment for future cases. To many of these type people spend little time in prison and get out only to re-offend.

This was also local news.
