1999 Buick Regal for 6500?
So I went to the dealership today just to have a look around, and there sat a 99 Regal GSE with all the extras for 6500. 47k miles..... They said the payments would be around 135 with my trade in, so I'm thinking "Should I or shouldn't I??". Any other time and I would say lets do it, but with a wedding coming up and a few needed repairs for my bird it might not be the best idea.
So I'm asking you guys, if you were in this sitchiation, what would you do?

I love the looks of the Regals, the other Buicks I'm not too fond of. Just something about a semi-luxury car with a bit of "go", and great looks (imo).

Just found this on Craigslist, I guess they have had it for at least 5 days. This is the actual car I checked out.

I'd try to get it a little cheaper, like 5K or under.

Well I talked him down to 5500 which I honestly think is a frickin steal for this car. It's immaculate, concert sound, better suspension, great paint and interior, low miles, and best of all, it was owned by an old person from the looks of it.

If you like the car it sounds like a good choice and reasonable price. For me it would be too much money.... I picked up a 1999 Mercury Sable wagon last spring for $500.00 with 62,000 miles on it, and it was actually driven my a 90 year old man who was the father of the lady who came in to trade it at a local dealership.....
It need some "old car" things... Wires, plugs, brake lines, belts, hoses.... The car is cherry and I am getting between 30-34 miles per gallon with it.
The Regal is a great platform if you want something that rides well. Good choice.2002 Street ET Champion New England Dragway
