1955 Chevy Father/Son drag car
This is some pictures of current progress on a 55 chevy 2 door post car. Motor is a Lingenfelter 468 big block running on alchohol with hilborne injection. Turbo 350 trans 4k stall and 4.56 gears in an olds 12 bolt.

Fast well ummm...yes! We are shooting for 10.0!
We have NO CLUE on color. Still too much work (well money to raise) left to do. It will be some sort of flat color.
In the next week we are mounting the rad and the moon tank up front. Then I have to wire everything up.
Yup yup! I wanted to take it over on the trailer just for the hell of it!

It has that Bob Falfa 55 Chevy look from American Graffiti.. (the 55 Harrison Ford drove)

Ran into a snag this morning before work the rad doesn't fit.
Running alcohol the motor will run cooler. Does anyone know if a large trans cooler will work instead of a rad due to size. The car just needs to stay cool up the return road to the pits.
