    sarge has a website with some freeware on it www.sgtgeek.com

    look for a program called picsizer 3.0
    very easy to use and effective. Just load one pic and set the size and format and save it. Here's a write up I did on using it.

    I will try this. I have different settings on my digital camera. I currently have it set for pics that can be emailed. I am still learning about this friggin thing.

    you'll end up with better pictures if you just take the raw pictures and resize them later to whatever you want it to be. I take all my pictures at the highest resolution possible.
