*** Why won't the rain stop AUGUST TRAIN ***
Had another WTF?! moment on the Willys. The bolt that secures the driven gear to the camshaft was completely missing. I panicked thinking that someone broke it off, but the hole and threads were all intact. Some people should really have their tools taken away from them.

2016 Camaro SS - Summit- 2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM
I saw that coming. Looks like some of the other vendors will keep selling their stuff after they're gone....at a pretty steep price.
I wanted to get one of their 'AgreSSive' spoilers for the 6th gen, but man, $740 is a lot of dough. Should have ordered when it was still $385...

Yeah not surprised either. They either gave him an offer he couldn't turn down or that iroc-z stretched them too far.

Relaxing time yesterday which is exactly what I needed to recharge my battery. Going to be a long week at work.

We had lots of water with us and we stuck it out until the end of the first stage. physically sick from the heat wasn't cutting it for either of us to justify being there. if the tickets weren't free Id have stuck it out, but it was just uncomfortable all around. pretty neat seeing logano go off in front of us and then to have almirola smack the wall within 100' of our seats was worth it.

Ok I can say it, as much as I love Tx, the heat ain't shit to the misery factor that AL humidity brings down here.
100* days at both locations and it felt much cooler in San Antonio then here in Mobile.

Yup, summer has really been testing the limits of our patience this summer. It's just getting hotter and hotter yet the numbers don't match what it actually feels like.

The nights here aren't too bad....had a fire and drank some beers last night. Had a decent little breeze blowing...it was nice. During the day it is what it is....just trudge through it. Got some yard work done yesterday and have some more to do today. At some point I have to get to my garage....looks like a bomb went off in there.
