    new gen into f-body

    So i think the 6.2 new gen innards in a 00-f body maro would be nasty. what yall think??

    Are you talking about using the individual parts for your LS1 block or using a complete 6.2 short block ?
    My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555

    The new block. and new trans. Ecu swap? I havent studied everything yet but u should be able to swap em all right? Im sure the harness has more connectors but wouldnt it be fairly easy to rewire?

    It should bolt up without too much trouble. 430hp 6.2l six speed drivetrain sounds like a great project. Keep us updated with pictures as you go along.

    Is the new 6.2 a D.I. motor? There are some good articles out there about retrofitting an LS3 into the 4th gens - not sure about anything "newer gen" than that.

    Okay so i went and got a 98c5 vette. has t-56 . thinkin bout doin it still. With the vette instead. so ill wait a good few months and ejoy it as is before it gets the BEEF!
