84 Cutlass supreme LS swap questions

hey guys im in process of trying to swap a 2002 5.3 L vortec/LS engine into a 84 cutlass. /gb0dy.
ive got the motor in, attached to th350 but the drivers side stock manifold is not clearing frame/brake aportion valve on frame in the collector area.

has anyone ever gotten stock manifolds to fit ?
ive already cutoff a fair bit of closest bolt on collector but still hitting frame.
it honestly looks like i will have to cut flange off manifold and point it about 15 degrees inward to clear frame rails and brake lines.
or is the easier solution to just buy some headewrs that fit better?
