Is it possible to use an alternator from a 93 350 in an LS bases engine. How?

Just thinking out loud... the style of the alternator and mounts are completely different and you would have to modify the harness. Much easier to simply buy an alternator that is made for the LS engine, or even pick one up from the boneyard.

The thing is I have a high amp for a 350, and o had read somewhere that u could use it, making your own bracket

I agree that you can probably use it since it is internally regulated. But, by the time you fab a bracket and hack up your harness you will be much further ahead just utilizing an LS style alternator. Unless you are running multiple batteries and a stupidly huge sound system, there is simply no need for a high output alternator imo.
