2002 Avalanche ls1 swap cranks but no start

I have swapped a ls1 with 243 heads 212/218 .522/.529 114 Lsa cam from comp cams stock bottom end msd coils and a set of longtube headers my phone was tuned by frost... there's 60 psi fuel at the rails used a noid light on the injectors there pulsing it has spark it's throwing no codes all the grounds are good it cranks but will not start

Does it try to fire at all? Sounds like maybe no spark. Easy test is to hook a timing light up to any of the wires to see if it flashes.

It has spark on all cylinders it's tried to fire twice now in the last week but won't last night I checked the rockers and they were pretty loose so I got em to spec tried to start it up and so e flames came out of the exhaust but it wasn't a loud pop like a backfire

Everything is hooked up and sensors are good
