    Racetronix zero customer support

I bought the 99-2002 pump and wire kit. Received a dud pump and found it very hard to get any help for these clowns. They do NOT stand behind the products they sell and always place the blame on the customer and never the junk parts they sell.

this Co. does not even list their phone number (that should tell you something)

look for another Co. to buy your fuel pump/wire needs.

I purchased the same kit and pump for my FI set-up and havent had any issues. Sorry you are having problems.

What exactly is wrong with it?

Not sure if you know this or not, but the Racetronix is a Walbro manufactured pump. Contact Walbro and go from there.
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

the problem is no fuel pressure, when I put the old pump back in it works fine (was upgrading for a Nos kit)

Walbro won't help because I bought from Racetronix direct. (sure wish I didn't) think for the most part the products are ok but if you do run into an issue you won't receive any support at all.

BTW...If you do end up wanting to talk to them about any issues you may be having here is the phone number (905)477-7014

I'd file a complaint then and get your money back in the form of a credit through the CC company you used to purchase it...if that's a possibility.

Seems odd a new pump would be bad but I've also ran across bum parts and other miscellaneous things too.
