    pcmforless Tune

I drove up to Bryan Herter's place today and had him tune the SS I picked up a few weeks ago. Fantastic results, and a nice guy.

I saw that they charge $250! Why would I not just buy a hypertech tuner and keep it to make changes as I add mods?

A Hypertech tuner could never match a custom dyno tune. $250 for a tune like that is a good deal. If you want a mail order tune, he'll do one up and mail you the pcm with a core charge. That tune will be better than hypertech and still cost less than $100.

My '96Z had a superchips program that was replaced with a pcmforless tune. I needed softer shifts with the new rear gears. Brian did an excellent and quick job...the tune was at least as good as superchip's.
