pewter- 99 Trans Am
Is there a hand held tune that I can install on my TA?
I have a 99 Trans Am that I would like to get a little more power out of. I was wondering if there is a tune that I can install and if so what's the best and who makes it and how hard is it to install?

Pewter- 2002 Trans Am WS6 M6
Avoid the hand held tuners for our cars. Go mail order tune if you can't take it to a actual tuner. Several vendors do it for our cars but Frost is usually the best.
Mods - Lid, Skip Shift Eliminator, MGW shifter, UMI SFCs, Founders Lower Control Arms, Founders Panhard Bar, Founders Adj. Torque Arm, UMI Torque arm mount, MWC Drive shaft safety loop, KONI Yellows, Strano Springs, Strano Sway bars, UMI Upper and lower A Arms, 160 thermostat, TSP headers and TSP true duals Monster stage 2 clutch, racetronix fuel pump, Strange S60 rear axle and tune by Frost.

if you cannot be without your car to send your pcm off for a tune, then look into superchips or diablo
Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

Just what can be done to improve the performance of a stock car like my trans am?I wanted to go with headers but I am yet to make up my mine.
