    It can give some power but it depends on the engine and other mods also.

    You definitely need supporting mods to make a difference. Strapping a 100mm+ TB to a 90mm intake manifold just isn't going to help. Now a 102mm TB + FAST 102 intake, that pair would make a difference. Just have to play it smart when shopping for bolt-on hp.

    Better gas mileage? If the fan was slipping then you should expect worst mileage now that the fan clutch locks up.
