It can give some power but it depends on the engine and other mods also.

2016 Camaro SS - Summit- 2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM
You definitely need supporting mods to make a difference. Strapping a 100mm+ TB to a 90mm intake manifold just isn't going to help. Now a 102mm TB + FAST 102 intake, that pair would make a difference. Just have to play it smart when shopping for bolt-on hp.

In theory, a larger throttle body can allow more air to enter the engine, which can potentially increase horsepower and torque. However, this only holds true if the engine is capable of taking advantage of the additional airflow. If the engine is not tuned to handle the increased airflow, or if the rest of the intake system (such as the intake manifold and air filter) is not designed to accommodate the larger throttle body, then there may be little or no improvement in performance. https://www.bestcasepropertygroup.com/
