Want to Turbo the SS, have a few questions?

I want to twin turbo or just single turbo my SS in the sig below. First question, will any acual turbo work like off a GN (Grand National) or something else, I know the pipeing, blow off valve, mounting brackets, etc... will be needed but will the turbo work. And then, does anyone know where to buy the pipeing and everything, I have a turbo off a GN for free but want to piece it together, is is WORTH IT, OR LEAVE IT. Help fellas would be very appreciated.

get a new turbo..something used..specially off a 15 year old car may break and spit some shit into your engine.

number one rule with fi...don't nickel and dime it...ignoring that cheap part could cost you your engine.

what kidn of hp do you want? whatr is your budget?

i'd say that turbo's going to be too small especially if its a stock one, look into compressor maps for turbos to see how efficent it will be and ect.

also from books i read usually with the c.i.'s we have its better to go twin, but it doesn't mean a single won't be just as good. also twin turbo doesn't always mean more power

For a twin setup the turbo should work for you. Check for shaft play. If it has some, then get it rebuilt.
