    Supercharger question

I just bought an 04 corvette with a vortech supercharger I believe its called a V-2. Anyway instead of having the stainless steel cai I usually see on supercharger setups it has a SLP blackwing intake. Someone told me that will cause it to run lean. Is this true?

Shouldn't cause any lean conditions, the fueling is all in your tune, not a matter if which air intake you have.

The car runs very strong but I think it knocks a bit at WOT. I just got it last week it may have had some shitty gas in it.. Might see what Frost says and have him tune it. In the pile of receipts that came with this car there is a receipt for a dyno tune but that was back in 04.

Could just be crappy gas like you said.

Fill 'er up with some 93 and see how it runs.

A meth kit would be ideal for forced induction, to help get rid of knock/cool it down.
