sts turbo in F-Body with subframe connectors
I read on a website that a STS turbo kit will not fit on a F-body car that has subframe connectors. They said the subframe connectors are in the way of the intake piping that goes to the front of car. Is this true? Anybody have a sts kit with subframe connectors? I have the 3 point SLP weld on connectors on my car and I was thinking about getting a STS kit. Thanks

Here are some pics of my friends 02 SS turbo install. They had to remove his SLP sfc for some of the piping.

Heat wrapped exhaust, custom cam, and custom tune, on pump gas. The shop didn't want to give out many details. Street racing in Vegas is big business. This is at 4,000 ft alt. and 114 deg air temp. So the numbers are a little lower than if it was at sea level and cooler air temps.
563.18 rwhp and 614.28 rw torque. He had to go to a twin disc clutch, and m/t drag radials for traction. We know the stock rear is now a time bomb. So we haven't tried to really hook it up.
