STS Question! PLZ HELP!
Not sure if any of yall would know but here it is. Im installing the sts turbo right now. When I bought the kit he told me it came off a lt1 car and I have a ls1 car(he said and also STS told me it would convert fine!). So when it comes to wiring it up I found out there is these 2 BROWN wires that I don't see in my harness! Do any of you know exactly what the two brown wires do? I know they go to the 1 p.s.i. switch but that's all I know, where they come from is a mystery. Also there is a green wire and a white wire that have been cut any idea what they go to? I know there is a cock pit buzzer that I don't have! But, have no idea what color the wire is for it! If you have any idea let me know, plz help!
Thanks
Jimmy

I think your best bet would be to call the STS tech line. They have full schematics that show each wire w/color.
I have been looking over the LS1 instructions and the only wires they show and explain is the brown 1 psi. switch and the green wire that runs from front to rear of the vehicle is optional and is used for a two satge boost controller trigger wire.
Wish I could have been more help but my STS fbody is in the paint shop. Happy hunting

the cock buzzer has a plug at end of like the old style headphones for a walkman, i think the wire was black or blue i forgot, to convert also you have to convert the tube that goes in engine bay, i think it will have to be made a little longer to fit better, the wire you are looking for in wire harness is the fuel pump relay wire which will go to your oil pump that way then you turn you car on the oil pump will circulate for 2 seconds to prime your turbo so you dont get a dry start, just like then you turin key in on position you hear fuel pump come on for 2 seconds and turns off, theres a few wires that look same in computer, i used a test light to find right one

Thanks for the help, but I think I got it figured out talked to STS FINALLY! and they say if the pump is running 14.5 or 14.6 volts im good to go and it is. So know I just gotta tie up some loose ends and make acouple brackets at work and she is good to go! It took me 5 days to install the kit, but the directions say 6 to 7 hrs. I think somebody is lieing.
