    1987 BUICK TURBO T

    stock ecu and turbo???

    I am planning on running under 10lbs of boost with aLQ4 and a PT-88! a FAST xfi or big stuff 3 isn't in the budget yet can I use the stock setup?

    What?? Why not?

    My own car (built LS1, H/C front mount 76GTS turbo) uses HPTuner's custom 3bar OS with real time tuning for the STOCK PCM. I run 16psi on pump gas and meth for the life of it. The VE is tuned; you put in desired AFR at points under boost and you get it.

    There are many many cars well past 900rwhp with stock late model PCMs.

    HPtuners pro with 3 bar OS
    wideband and laptop

    start driving. like frost said stock pcm is fine its not like a TR. our computers are actually intelligent

    I love it when these guys who,say to people not good,I have been running 13-15 even 18 psi on my ls2 for two years no issues this is all on a stock ls2 i am running a 2 bar map with speed density tune,car runs and drives great. the ls2 has factory 10.9 compression ratio,that ls2 in your camaro has less then that.rock on. 10 psi all day keep rpms below 6800rpm.
    mods: custom built twins, built 408 w/l92 stock GM heads,GM matching intake,drag bags,frame ties,aluminum drive shaft, performabuilt 4l80e,Yank converter,ohios fastest and quickest 04-06 GTO 9.52 at 144mph. 1.50 60ft on stock rear end and shafts/suspension,on drag radials.
