Here's the latest pic of the twin stainless steel intercooler pipes connected to throttle body via a reinforced nomex silicone hose, enjoy!

The C5 twin turbo kit will provide significant heat sheilding so heat won't be a problem.

Here's a new pic of the APS C5 twin intercooled twin turbo system with the optional extreme fuel system that I got from our web guy today................this pic shows the speed density version ( MAF deleted) though the production APS twin turbo system will retain the mass air flow housing as requested by many forum members, enjoy!

Thanks for the kind words guys, greatly appreciated. I don't have a final power/torque graph though the C5 ZO6 went from 350 whp stock to 595 whp twin turbocharged at just under 9 PSI and the engine tuning is not final yet.
