Took me a couple weekends including the fuel pump. If you got the front mount IC that may add some. I'm not the fasted mechanic either.

Ya I think pulling the gas take out is going to be a blast! Did you have any trouble with anything else? Did you have the balancer off, im doing a cam swap at the same time. Just worried about getting the balancer bolt tq to 200 and some odd ft pounds

You have to lock the flywheel some how, when I did the install I still had an M6 trans so I put it in 4th, set the brake, chocked it & put the handle from my floor jack over my flex handle & cranked it as tight as I could which probably did not amount to the 270 degrees after 30 ft lbs as specified. It's been on there a couple years now & no issues.

You need to be real careful with the plastic fuel lines attached to the top of the fuel tank. Lower the tank carefully & don't kink any of the lines. I had to drop the axel too (9inch).

we installed mine in 8 hours, but it wasn't our first install. and mine is intercooled with meth injection. but trucks are much easier. not fuel tank dropping, it's a inline pump.

Did mine in a weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The worst part was pinning the crank, messing with the steering rack, ect. Installing the actual procharger, brackets, piping, intercooler, ect. was a breeze. Just take your time with it.
