Need more power...

Im looking into buying a STS turbocharger for my ss. Ive heard a lot of things about why i should and shouldnt get one. Can anyone help out on this issue and i know the words..cheap and turbo...dont fit together but does anyone know where I can start looking for a good price?

i would stay away from STS. i have heard some bad things about their set-ups. if you are looking for more power you should really be thinking "cheap". APS makes a great TT kit that isnt outragously priced. but i would first make sure you have the supporting mods and then i would recomend a stroker. Good luck

well i did see aps tt but when comparing turbo systems and the install for both of them... it just seemed like a lot of tearing things apart with the aps system. i have an air lid, ported tb, f14 cam, hooker lt, rebuilt t56, moser 12 bolt, 373 gears, gmmg exhaust system w/elec cut off. any other things i can do without having to rip the whole engine out????
