I think the turbo is too big for a 346cid engine. I have been told about a 60mm turbo is good for 750hp.

No way, not even close at that displacement. You should be able to make 750 (and a bit more) with a good 76mm unit like Precision's 76GTS. A 60 is a baby and will choke early on the cubes.

Oops, I meant a 70 should be good for 750 or so. I wasnt sure if the 80 was too big or not for good street manners.
