me vs supercharged mustang?

ok so there is a guy in town with a 08 mustang gt convertable its got an exhaust idk if its just a cat back or not and its got a edelbrock supercharger i think thats all it has im pretty sure its an automatic and he wants to race me but im scared kinda.. i got a ls1 formula m6 with ls6 intake, ported TB, slp cold air, k&n, smooth bellow, 1 3/4 long tubes, 3'' ORY no cats, cut out msd wires no a/c and no air injection i also took out the spare tire and all the stuff that goes with it. how do u think i will do?

o yeah and we are gonna start at a 30mph roll

You'll have a nice view of his rear license plate.

Just put a 125 shot of nitro on and he will be seeing your rear bumper but wont be able to read your license plate.

The GT is rated at 300 hp at the flywheel, and depending on supporting mods.....you may have a decent race on your hands. The Stang may have trouble with traction though.....Interested to see what happens....not enough info on the Stang to really tell though.

Depends on your eyesight. All things being equal, if you can both drive and both hook, he should have at least 3 cars on you.

i was thinkin i was gonna start in 1st and hit it at 30 but im gonna spin i know he wont. im pretty sure thats all he has, he hasnt had it that long. u would think being a convetible i would have an advantage being a little lighter than him.

6-speed cars have torque management?

there is torque management on the motor but not on the tranz with a m6

yeah from that read up looks like im gonna get spanked. He was claiming it was like 420 horse but youd think that gearing me having a 6 speed would help me cuz that 6 speed is usually perfect for racing. think i could get him with 4.10s?
