Intercooler Piping
I am installing a T76 turbo kit on my 2000 T/A and am down to putting my intercooler piping on. The pipe going back to the manifold won't quite match up do to something being in the way. I don't know what it is and don't know how or if i can take it off car. Its a rounded off box on the passenger side mounted to the underside of the frame right next to the horn. It has one hard plastic vacuum line running to it. The vacuum lines back into the wiring harness.I've researched and researched and still can't figure out what it is or does. If some one on here can enlighten/school me on this i would greatly appreciate it. I know the description is very bleak but if i could give more explanation i would. Thanks guys.....

Ok it's a HVAC vacuum tank mounted on bottom side of frame underneath the battery. Would it be wise to remove this or not?
