Which Gaskets for 317 heads with APS TWIN

Would I be better off with the 3 layer gaskets or the 5 layer gaskets?

What are the actual bore sizes of each gasket type?

I will be running a completely stock bottom end with 317 heads that have been milled.

I will not be running more than 8 to 10lbs of boost at anytime, until I forge it all.

    Thanks for your help guys.

Go with Cometic Head Gaskets. Triple layered and you wont have to worry about them....
