Adding meth to a TVS 2300 with a Honker

I have a SC606 Grand Sport on order already but am wondering about adding meth injection. I can see by the installation instructions that the stock MAF is used and a new IAT is installed after the inter-cooler.

What I cant figure is where to install the meth nozzle(s) ... I think it should be upstream (toward atmosphere) of the throttle body and downstream of the MAF so it looks like this leaves only the accordion coupler between the MAF and the TB itself.

Seems like the accordian part would need to be replaced with a silicon flex tube section and nozzle installed in it.


Anybody done this ? Looking for guidance!!

On every car Ive seen(which has been 2 evos 1 sti and 3 dsm) they place it about 3inches to a foot infront of the throttle body.

Your assumptions are correct, after the MAF and before the throttle body. I put mine before the IAT sensor also, so the change would be reflected in the IAT output. Although my car is different, I used a composite elbow and drilled the location appropriately. Not sure the silicone hose would have worked correctly for me. I was concerned with it collapsing or the nozzle blowing out.
