    they shoot fine but they are like most semi auto .22 rifles, you have to keep them clean or they will jamb up.

    I prefer the ones with the tubular magazines. Remington has the 552 that fires .22 shorts longs and long rifle I think it holds more than 10 +1 also.

    Do you have to have it in a semi auto? The Henry lever actions are done with the same tubular mag and are very trustworthy

    Marlin also makes the 39a which is a lever action as well I know it hold 26 short 21 long and 19 LR rounds

    and the Marlin 60 but it only fires 14 long rifle. won't fire the others.

    i have a ruger 10 22 30 rnd mags i have put about 1500 rounds threw it now great little gun cant kill it just got to clean the piss out of it every time i shoot it.

    i'd rather have semi but i would rather have reliable.

    I have that exact gun. Only problem I've had is a few rounds fail to fire. Not the guns fault though. Cheap old ammo. Haven't found any brand ammo it doesn't like either. Haven't cleaned it yet and I've had it 1 1/2 years.

    .22 semi autos need cleaning. Alot of .22 ammo is very dirty and makes a mess of the chamber.
