Old ass DOS games
Actually not too old...
Anyone know where I can download revised versions of old DOS games? OR anyone know of a website where I can PLAY old DOS games?
Ive been wanting to play:
DOOM
DOOM 2
BLOOD
RISE OF THE TRIAD: DARK WAR
There has GOT to be a emulation somewhere, I mean if I can play super nes on my computer, I think I should be able to play old computer games on my computer.

A while back I downloaded all of the old Doom games in a bundled Zip... You should be able to get it as a torrent or off LimeWire.

A really good program for running dos games is: http://www.dosbox.com/
As for finding the games to play, I imagine they are just at torrent away.

Doom and Doom 2 are really easy to find. I've got them, but I don't remember where I downloaded them. Just go to Google and search for "Doom 2; Download", should come up. Doom rocks.

3DRealms released the source code for Duke3D a few years back and since a few teams have ported it to windows and set it up to render using opengl. They've also converted a lot of the sprites to actual 3d models and replaced existing textures with high res ones.
For Example:
Pretty cool. URL: http://hrp.duke4.net/download.php
They haven't put out a release of the HRP since last year, but they are still working on the next one. Hopefully it comes out soon.
I think one of the ports even supports multiplayer through tcp/ip.

The game came out in 1996... I remember playing it on 486's and thinking it ran so slow. Ran it on a Pentium 90 once and it was screaming fast.
