Have you seen Andy McKee? IMO this guy is the best acoustic player out there. He is simply outstanding. Watch all of his videos. You won't be sorry. I can watch them over and over again. His talent is unbelievable. I wish someday to be able to play a guitar with half the skill the guy has.

Andy Mckee,
That guy is awesome! When he plays, it hits you straight to the heart and soul! I read an interview where he said he's been playing for the last few years with his eyes closed, so he can immerse himself in the music. He also said that its not about money or fame its about its about the music! He is Impressive to say the least!

Cut his nails..lol...
That's a real honest to goodness world class, classical guitar player right there bud...long nails on the right hand, short as can be, on the left.
Pick...shmick...who needs it, I been playin that way since I was eight, whenever I go to play, someone will invariably try to hand me a pick and I laugh..."uhhhh...I don't need that."
Then I play, and there jaw drops and there's eyes bug out.., "No...no...I guess you don't"
This guy is a friend of yours hamburger? Have you taken any lessons from him?

Heh...in fact...look what I found...the same guy, teaching his pupil the importance of how the nails are shaped even!
It's something one will realize after years of playing that way, play often enough, the nails will become "shaped" on their own as well.

Ladies and gentleman I give you Jose Feliciano, blind as a bat but man that boy could play...here he's introduced by the man in black himself...Mr. Johnny Cash...
Flight of the Bumble Bee...note he drops the pick and doesn't miss a note.
and one mo...

honestly: he offered me lessons, but we never got around to it! but when i visited him + the family in california, i got to play some of his guitars. he and his brother have over 100! you seem to be familiar with classical guitar: i got to play a torres from 1856, he "invented" the guitar of today around 1850. awesome instrument, i'll never forget that!
here's his homepage: http://www.peperomero.com/
