I'm getting tired of listening to all the hippies bitch and moan about him getting tasered. What the hell is security or the police supposed to do when you are doing something you're not supposed to be doing, and you refuse to listen to directions to desist? People act like the security person did something wrong. All the kid had to do was stop when told to stop. He made a choice and got handed some consequences.
I've seen people say things like "so it's ok to be tased anytime you break the rules? Jaywalking? Tase. Speeding? Tase." etc, etc. Like those are the same scenarios. If you jaywalk and then RUN from the police when they try to talk to you, or you speed then try to RUN from the police when they try to ticket you, then it's the same thing. Sheez, just run amok and have no rules or laws or consequences. Dr. Spockism has ruined another generation.

Ha hadn't seen the video yet. That's pretty funny. You interrupt the game, put 30k other people's enjoyment on hold for your own selfish interest, violate park rules, refuse to listen to security, and you get tased. What's the problem with that? In the old days they'd tackle a guy or slap him with a baton which has a higher chance of doing bodily harm. They try to find gentler ways to subdue a suspect and people still whine. I guess they shoulda just let the kid run around til he was tired.Last edited by Schmalgar; 05-05-2010 at 08:26 PM.
