Sadly, they'd come back. I'm all for it if they wouldn't come back though... Put them on a bus though. If you can fit 20 of them in a truck, we should be able to fit 400 of them at a time in a nice greyhound.

The salvation army already does this via grey hound, dont cost a thing. What bothers me about this is abuse of it that will most likely happen..Nothing New Yorkafornia does surprises me these days.

For some reason the story has funny to me.
Too many homeless people in your town ship them some where else.
Sounds like NYC is taking better care of the homeless than they are taking care of themselves and then catching hell for it.
