    yeah i hate dell... call them they ask you for your service code and all that shit... then tell you to wait... then the first thing they say when they pick up the phone is "what is your service code?"

    WTF?!? are thier own computer systems not relay that info to your CS rep... well if they are running dells they prolly arent capable of that...
