Got 4 of the Hertz rental vettes in today.
So today at work we got in 4 2008 Corvette ZHZ's. Every one that stopped by and saw them thought they were some special edition high priced vettes. There just high priced. They're the new Hertz rental cars. Not the prettiest corvettes I've ever seen and I don't think they'll last too long once customers start renting them.
They have a custom front air dam that makes them look like they have braces, custom wheels that are hidious, a poorly done black stripe, and a spoiler similar to the Z06's.
My cell phone doesn't show enough detail to show the flaws so I didn't bother with a close-up of the black strip.
From a distance they look good but up close is where they lose the general Corvette sexyness.
Had to through this one in for comparison sake.

How much a day?
Is the traction control button still there?
They removed it from the Mustang. So we just had to unbolt the center consol and find the harness before the nitrous instal. . . . . . .
God, those wheels are hidious!Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

Yeah traction control is still there along with the suspension adjustments. It's a normal corvette except for the additions of hideousness.

The Hertz guy at the dealership I work for wasn't sure yet but he's guessing in the neighborhood of $120 to $150 a day plus mileage.

LOL again that's the protective plastic. Also noticed after having it sitting right beside another C6 that it sits slightly higher.
