There is nothing wrong with adepartment issued firearm. The problem was that he was wrestling around with the weapon in his hand and probably ended up with a double feed or a stovepipe.

What this guy should have done is wait for backup before searching/pulling the guy out of the car. He should have shot him WAY earlier too.

+1 but my uncle still only carries his own firearms, has to use their ammo however by law.

That was pretty funny. I really lost it when I saw the guy chasing the suspect! Talk about a turn around.

However, if that were me, Id be fucking enraged that I couldnt take him down. Time for that cop to learn how to fight or else hes going to be drawing his gun on everyone now.
