where in tulsa OK to get my kit installed.

just wondering everyone that lives around tulsa oklahoma. Where is the best place to get my Nitrous Kit installed. Also where to get my car dyno tuned. i called one dyno tune place saying that i have to buy a program and its $50hr to tune my car myself there or its a $100hr if they do it. but you have to buy a programmer. he said without a programmer we cant program it. im confused.. and new to this. any help would be great.

i know a good tuner, but he is in OKC. worth the drive, though. what nitrous kit is it? i may be able to help.
