i've been 11.97 @ 117 when i was completely stock on my black car. that was around a 130 rwhp shot. rule of thumb is 10hp = .10 in the 1/4.

Not sure what 3.73 will do. I have added a built tranny and a Vig 3600 stall converter for this season. I'm going to make a 10 sec pass if I have to pop the motor to get there. I bought FAST 36# injectors today to make it a little safer. I'm curious what I will run with a 200 shot out of the hole........

would it be safe to run a 75-100 shot wet kit on my 02 m6 z28 with 57000 miles on it.. also the only mods are the cut-out, lid, bellow, and filter?

i've been running 150+ since i got the black car. that was may 2005. completely stock went 13.60 @ 101.66. on the 150 it went 11.97 @ 117. but yes. the less you use, the safer it is.

i think i have the most nitrous systems of anyone person. i have 4 complete systems right now. one on the wife's, two on mine, and a direct port going on the 408.

not the most knowledge able though.

All these times are you guys spraying out of the hole or using a window switch just above 3000 rpm or with 1st gear lockout or what?

out of the hole can be done with a window switch. a window switch is just a way of activating it.

Basically, you want to hit the juice when you know you'll be able to put the extra power to the ground. If you juice it off the line and spin thru 1st, you're not helping your times.

Activating 1/2 track just gives you a better chance at putting the power down and sticking.

Alternatively, you can get a RPM window switch from someone like HSW which will allow you to trigger the N2O based on engine RPM. There's also an option for 1st gear lockout, so the spray won't be activated until the car is shifted out of 1st. From there is just a matter of setting the switch at the optimal RPM range (the lower the trigger the better) which allows you to stick.
