Running nitrous on street tires?

Okay i have a set of hankook 275 40 zr17 98w ventus v4es on my car right now. seem like okay tires. they stick sometimes. seems like road conditioning and weather. Tonight i buddy got in my car car he kept sayin his buddys lightning would smoke my car. ''hes never been in a ta ws6''.. Well i went to a backroad full throttled it in 1rst 2nd and 3rd gear. spinning sideways threw every gear hitt 4th gear hooked and took off. road was shitty.. i catch every gear almost everytime normally on different roads. but anyways down to my question. when i get my nitrous hooked up im planning on running a 100shot at first then moving to 150shot.. would i catch at all on the street with these tires with all the extra hp. Do you guys ever run your nitrous off the track? What tires do you recommend me getting? i do plan on going to the drags most of the time to run the car. i was just curious. by the way the car is a 2001 trans am ws6 m6 pretty much stock exhaust and pro 5.0 short shifter.

If your having trouble hooking without the spray, its going to be ugly with the spray. I had trouble even with drag radials on the street when i tried spraying 100 shot. Would break the tires loose at 60mph. Not a good deal at all. although there are adjustments you can make and look into a window switch.
