    NOS Installation ?

How complicated is it to install nos? I have never installed one before and just purchased the NX Wet kit doing probably a 125shot on my c5 mn6.
Will I be safe with 125 on 91octane?
Also where can i find some wiring diagrams or just installation help in general w ./pics etc ?
Anyone noobie like me tried to go at it ? how did ya do?

if you have the money, i would have a tune shop do it, not only will they do a better job (especially if you have no experience, although a wet shot is fairly simple compared to direct port) but anytime you add that much horsepower, a tune is going to help a lot and they will get you all lined up and dyno'd!

You can do it...take your time....

Yes anything under a 150 shot will do just fine on 92/3 Octane and a stock tune....lower the temps of your plugs one range cooler (pre detonation sucks)...Never hit it under 3000 RPM's.....or with the bottle pressure under 900lbs.....and you are good to go man...

Sure...bottle pressure under 900 could be an intermittant shot....you want a constant shot of nitrous and at least 900 lbs of pressure to insure your getting a steady flow of fuel and nitrous.....intermittant is a bad thing...causes "hiccups"...and that causes detonation/fried pistons/bent rods....stuff Santa probably wont bring you
    Basics.....
Bottle Heater to insure proper bottle pressure..
WOT switch to insure you only hit it at WOT...
Purge Switch...to blow the air out of the line ( see low bottle pressure and "hiccups")
Fuel Pressure Safety switch....if your fuel pump aint getting it done last thing you weant is a lean condition.....bad bad thing....FP Safety switch insures you shut off nitrous in case of low fuel pressure....
Those are what I consider the basics.....safety is first man.....then hauling ass on giggle juice is very safe......and fun as hell
This is my signature. It is mine. Nobody else has one like it.

Don't forget a window switch. That way all you have to do is flip a switch and floor it. Follow this diagram and you'll be set.

So ... i am concearned what if on a cold day I am driving peacfully down the freeway and next to me is a brand spankin new viper that wants some ass whoopin.....????
If i turn the heater on there will be no way that thing will work instantly unless i wait a few min right?
Well its not going to happen I just want to turn it on and smoke it! lol that possible or is that too much risk.
Btw my setup has all the safety stuff listed above.

depending on the temp of the bottle,it's gonna take some time heat and build up pressure...even a new 300 watt heater

been doing it for over a year on these two cars. the 3000 rpms is an old wive's tale. that and a legal disclaimer for the n2o companies. if the motor, and all else, can handle it, then have at it.

it also has to do with how much you are using as well. would i hit a 400 shot at 2000 rpms? most likely not. a 50 shot? sure would. 200? hell yes.
