    nitrous for vette

    i just bought a vette with heads,cam,3200 stall and i am thinking about putting some nitrous on.just wondering what the best wet system for the money would be.and how well does the ls1 hold up to a 150 shot.

    I only have experience with NX and TNT and they are both good wet kits. Search around the forums and feel out opinions...
    150shot is what I would consider the "gray area" for stock-bottom LS1s. I know a guy in FL that has been spraying a basically stock 1998 Z28 with a 200shot for years (and has won quite a few bets). Is that the norm? Probably not... I felt totally safe with a 100shot on the stock-bottom, but was nervous the few times I pulled the trigger on 150. Now that I'm forged, I don't sweat it...

    Have many stock LS1's running 200 all day with NO issues...... NX not the immatations though. Timing is critical and steady fuel prssure!!
