New plugs w/ new NOS kit

I have a 2000 Camaro/SS ... I'm installing the NOS kit made for the LS1 75-150 adj. dry shot. I know there is a chart for the new plugs but Im not quite understanding it. What kind of plugs should I install before spraying, also I heard the car comes stock w/ about 26 lbs of fuel pressure, should i upgrade the stock fuel pump?

NGK TR6 plugs. Never hurts to upgrade the FP, but it should be able to handle it. Make sure that your timing is @ stock or even retarded slightly if you go right to the 150hp shot.

I would run some AutoLite AR-94's which is a racing plug designed for high cylinder pressures with a cut back ground electrode. And the gap depending on how much you plan on blowing....... I personally don't care for the NGK's that most run. Then again most have NEVER even seen a real racing plug. You should be able to get them at a local CarQuest or Napa. I get them loacally for right around $3 a plug. Summit and Jegs rape you at 4.99 or something crazy like that. Once you see these plugs you'll understand what I mean.
And on the fuel pump tip I would upgrade to a Walbro 255....As cheap as you can get them now it is added insurence.

O'h yeah don'y forget to put a SMALL dab of anti-seaze about 5/8 of the way up on the threads before you install the new plugs. It only takes a small amount to do the job.
